A necessary condition for the survival of fish in a pond or water garden during winter is maintaining adequate oxygenation of the water body and gas exchange. Therefore, it is important that the water surface is not completely frozen in winter and is adequately aerated using a diffuser. It is constructed from a special, flexible, porous material. Tiny air bubbles escape through the holes in the material. Additional aeration, also in the summer season, is especially recommended for heavily stocked water bodies. At night, aquatic plants do not produce oxygen, but algae consume it in such large quantities that it can become scarce for animals.

The product is used to break down air bubbles, thereby effectively increasing the oxygen content in the water. The diffuser is made of porous, soft rubber. The escaping air bubbles are very small, so they do not harm the fish living in the reservoir, nor do they damage the bottom.

Once inserted into the water, the ring automatically sinks and does not require additional weighting.
