The UVB 5.0 / 26W bulb is a specialized light source designed to accurately replicate the lighting conditions found in dense tropical and subtropical forests. Its parameters respond to the specific needs of species living in environments with high humidity and limited access to direct sunlight. 

Moderate UVB emission radiation, ideally suited for forest and tropical species. It provides a crucial dose of radiation necessary for the synthesis of vitamin D3. Proper D3 synthesis is essential for metabolizing calcium, which directly prevents MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease). The 5% level is completely safe for the delicate skin of these reptiles and does not cause burns. UVA radiation stimulates natural physiological behaviors. It positively affects appetite, overall physical activity, and stimulates reproductive behaviors.

The bulb is dedicated to animals that spend most of their time in the shade of trees and dense vegetation in nature.
